Your T-Score is a standardised score, not the count of correct answers. The formula puts the average candidate at 50 and one standard deviation at 10.
Quick map
- 30 to 40 — below the cut-off for most cadres
- 40 to 50 — below average
- 50 — the average candidate
- 60 — about top 16 percent
- 70 — about top 2 percent
So a 60 means you outscored roughly 84 out of every 100 candidates who took that test.
